Fairfield, CT – On 11/20/2025, the Fairfield Police Department arrested Daniel C. Suozzi, age 43, of Fairfield. The arrest was made on an active arrest warrant following a month-long investigation by Fairfield Police Detectives into the reported sexual assault of a woman known to Suozzi. Suozzi was charged with Sexual Assault in the First Degree under Connecticut General Statutes 53a-70(a)(1). He was released on a $50,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court on 11/25/2025.
