Purchase an Accident Report Online
If you are unable to locate your accident report online, please contact the Records Division.
If you wish to obtain an paper copy of an Accident Report, you must come to police headquarters as we do not mail or fax copies of reports.
We do not investigate accidents that were not reported to us at the time they occurred but we will give you a file number for your insurance company. If you were involved in a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Fairfield (not including I-95 and Route 15) and failed to report the accident to the police when it occurred, please complete the Late Reported Accident Report and bring it to the Fairfield Police Department at 100 Reef Road, Fairfield, CT 06824.
